If you’ve booked a Woodlakes break but haven’t been before, then firstly, welcome! Here’s a little general information about the Park which may come in handy.
Before You Arrive
Check-in is at 3 pm on the date of your arrival. If you’d like to check in early, please call us the day before so that we can advise of availability. Key collection times are in line with the opening times of reception. If you’ll be arriving late, no problem, but please let us know so that we can arrange a late check-in.
During Your Stay
There is a small bait, tackle, and convenience shop onsite, within reception. We don’t stock perishables but there are larger supermarkets just a short car journey away and guests are welcome to receive deliveries.
Your cabin pack should tell you everything you need to know, but there are are also plenty of leaflets at reception, including takeaway menus and literature on things to do in the area.
If you have any issues during your stay, our friendly reception staff will be on-hand to assist you. For out of hours emergencies, you’ll find a contact number in your cabin pack.
After Your Stay
All holidays must come to an end, unfortunately! Check-out is anytime before 10 am on the day of your departure. If you require the cabin for a little while longer, then please check availability with reception in advance.
